Our building in Spencer Yard forms part of the upcoming Creative Quarter in Leamington Spa. A recent report by the global innovation foundation NESTA and Creative England identified Leamington Spa as one of 47 ‘creative clusters’ in the UK and the only one in the West Midlands.
Spencer Yard provides a unique collaborative environment for all creative industries, providing a range of office and studio space.

Spencer Yard is extremely central and lies across the River Leam in Old Town, 250 metres from a 62-capacity car park. It’s near major bus routes and a five-minute walk away from Leamington train station and the same distance from the centre of the town.
