Spencer Yard is home to a variety of arts and creative organisations.

Our building in Spencer Yard forms part of the upcoming Creative Quarter in Leamington Spa. A recent report by the global innovation foundation NESTA and Creative England identified Leamington Spa as one of 47 ‘creative clusters’ in the UK and the only one in the West Midlands.

Spencer Yard provides a unique collaborative environment for all creative industries, providing a range of office and studio space.

North Hall, Spencer Yard - a large rehearsing or meeting space situated on the first floor of North Hall (with disabled lift access).
