Whether you’re looking for your first space or have ambitions for growth, Althorpe Enterprise Hub offers the perfect environment for small businesses of all shapes and sizes. We offer a range of furnished and serviced office space – from two people to 18 people - all with flexible “easy-in, easy-out” licence arrangements. There is a reception service during office hours and communal office facilities, including kitchen area and access to photocopier.

Althorpe Enterprise Hub is in Althorpe Street, Leamington Spa, a five-minute walk from the town centre and train station. The M40 is a ten-minute drive away.
Althorpe Enterprise HubOur Enterprise Hub subscription package is perfect for businesses who do not yet require a full-time office, only require a desk occasionally, and would like a professional mailing address.
We also offer a range of other business support packages.
Althorpe Enterprise Hub’s conference room is available to hire for any business, although if you decide to rent an office space you will receive a 25% discount.
The room is set up with a fully interactive presentation suite, access to Wi-Fi and a conference call phone (available upon request). Our conference room comfortably seats 14 delegates ‘boardroom’ style or 24 in a ‘theatre’ style arrangement.
The room is fully equipped with a range of white boards, flip charts and an audio-visual presentation system. Our rates are inclusive of tea, coffee and biscuits.
Lunch can be provided upon request, with a selection of menus to choose from. Please contact us for details.
The room is available for hire Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you require extended hire outside of these times, please get in touch to discuss additional arrangements.
