Coventry and Warwickshire’s digital gaming cluster is one of the largest in the UK. The ‘Silicon Spa’ cluster employs over 2,000 highly skilled people, equating to over 10% of the UK total in games development.

Currently there are over 30 studios operating within the Silicon Spa area and over 45 across of Coventry and Warwickshire. One of the many benefits of locating a gaming studio in Leamington Spa is the direct access to a skilled talent pool.

26HT is a refurbished four-store regency building located in the centre of Leamington Spa and has been fitted out specifically for the digital gaming sector. It offers a supportive and collaborative environment for new and emerging gaming studios looking for their own space.

The digital gaming hub offers a range of studio space. The smallest office provides accommodation for three individuals, whilst the largest office is suitable for 10. There are seven flexible offices and two meeting rooms. This flexibility allows start-up gaming businesses to expand into larger spaces as they grow.

26HT is located in the heart of the stunning regency town of Leamington Spa. The town’s many shops, bars and eateries are right on the doorstep. There is on-street pay and display parking right outside, a number of public car parks within close proximity and the train station is just a ten minute walk away.
